AdIntelHQ offers paid subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Agency) billed on a monthly recurring basis through Paddle, who acts as Merchant of Record.
You are entitled to a full refund on any paid subscription within 14 days of the original purchase date. This applies to all paid plans.
To request a refund, email us at billing@adintelhq.io within 14 days of your payment with subject line "Refund Request" and your registered email address.
Monthly renewal charges are eligible for a full refund if requested within 14 days of the renewal date. Contact us at billing@adintelhq.io to request a refund on any renewal charge.
You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at billing@adintelhq.io. After cancellation, your access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, processed through Paddle.
